2023 — How They Met

Kangwa was still at UNZA, chasing her dreams in lecture halls and late-night study sessions. Chrispin was working in Solwezi, building his career far from the capital. They met through mutual friends in mid 2023, and Chrispin was wowed by her from the start. There was just something about her. So they decided to get to know each other, one conversation at a time.

Late 2023 — They Made It Official

What began as curiosity grew into something deeper. By the end of 2023, Chrispin and Kangwa decided to officially start dating. Two hearts, one decision.

2024 — The Hard Part

Distance tested them. Solwezi to Lusaka is a long road, and time apart was never easy. But God made a way. Chrispin was transferred to Ndola, and just like that the distance was shortened. They kept good communication through it all — calls, texts, prayers. He even once drove all the way to Lusaka just to deliver Kangwa a birthday gift, and drove straight back the same day without the family knowing. Love will make you do that.

2025 — The Better Days

This is when everything started falling into place. Chrispin was transferred to work in Lusaka. No more long drives just to see each other. He had teased the idea of reaching and engaging her for a while, but she never believed him. Then in November 2025, he got down on one knee and made it real. They were officially engaged.

2026 — The Wedding

And now, the wait is almost over. On 5 September 2026, with family and friends around them, Chrispin and Kangwa will officially tie the knot. To continue an adventure full of love, laughter, and joy.
